Review every supplier and tender with full context
Procurement runs on requests, budgets, suppliers and contracts spread across many systems. Bastion checks each step against your policies and history, so problems surface before the tender starts.

How it works in practice
Request and budget
The requester describes what they need in their own words. Bastion checks that the request is complete, that the item is described clearly and that the budget covers the purchase. A request without enough budget goes back to its author with an explanation, before anyone spends weeks on a tender.
Decides: Head of procurement
Request 0411 returned: budget short by 18%
Suppliers and counterparty checks
Bastion builds a list of suppliers from your own history and checks each one: past contracts and claims inside the company, sanctions lists and registries that come into the perimeter through a one-way feed, and data from your counterparty screening service, if it is connected. The buyer gets one profile per supplier with every finding and its source.
Decides: Buyer

Tender and comparison
Bastion reads the tender documents and lists the requirements, deadlines and mandatory papers. When proposals arrive, it compares them on price, terms and fit with the requirements, and points out the documents a supplier forgot to send.

Vektor Supply leads, Aqua Industrial lacks a certificate
Contract
Bastion drafts the contract on the winning terms and sends it to legal for review against your contract policy. The budget was settled at the request stage and stays as it is.
Decides: Lawyer and head of procurement
Draft sent to legal, budget locked
Acceptance and closing
When the goods arrive, Bastion matches the acceptance documents with the contract on quantities and dates and closes the request. Payment stays with finance.
Decides: Requester
